Jakarta Learning Expedition 2025: Itinerary

14 Mar, 12noon - 16 Mar, 2pm

Key Details:

  • Meeting Point: All participants are required to convene at 12:00 PM on 14 March 2025 at Vertu Harmoni Jakarta Hotel.
  • Late Arrivals: Participants who are unable to meet at the specified time will need to make their own arrangements to join the group at the next activity venue.

Note: The schedule may be subject to adjustments due to local traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

 

  • 12:00 PM: Meet at Vertu Harmoni Jakarta Hotel
  • 12:30 PM: Welcome lunch
  • 2:30 PM: Company Visit to Trinity Optima Productions PT and Dapur Solo Panglima Polim (including dinner)
  • 9:30 PM: Return to hotel

 

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM: Workshop with Founders of Trinity Optima Productions and Dapur Solo
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch
  • 2:30 PM: Free & easy exploration
  • 7:30 PM: Accomplish Family Night Dinner (Dress code: Batik)
  • 9:30 PM: Return to hotel

 

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM: Check-out and visit to JPCC
  • 12:30 PM: Closing lunch
  • 2:00 PM: End of program

The program fee covers:

  • Accommodation: 2 nights at Vertu Harmoni Jakarta Hotel (14 & 15 March). Additional nights at own expense.
  • Transportation: Coach for all itinerary-related activities.
  • Meals: 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 2 dinners.
  • Activities: Curated learning sessions, company visits, and activity fees.

The program fee does not cover:

  • Air Tickets: Participants are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own flights, ensuring arrival aligns with the itinerary.
  • Additional Accommodation: Costs for any nights beyond the nights of 14 & 15 March.
  • Travel Insurance: Participants are encouraged to secure personal travel insurance.
  • Visa Requirements: Any visa-related arrangements and fees must be handled independently.
  • Airport Transfers: Transportation to and from the airport and hotel.

Terms & Conditions

  • Registration Deadline: Secure your participation by completing registration and payment no later than 31 January 2025.
  • Capacity Limit: The program is capped at 30 participants, including spouses, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: All payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • Transfer Policy: Registrations may be transferred to another Accomplish Asia member, subject to approval. Participants must notify the Accomplish team in advance with the details of the replacement attendee.
