Founder of PT Juara Raga Adidaya & Republik Sportama Mandala

Djunaidi is an entrepreneur and marketplace mentor whose transformation journey—from an authoritarian leader to a servant-hearted visionary—has inspired many. His work in a sports apparel brand and the launch of two upcoming padel clubs reflects his passion for purpose, people, and sustainability.

He came to know GLORY principles in Kingdom Business Community back in 2009, that has since transformed his way of doing ‘work as worship’ and currently serves on the Board of Core Leadership in KBC. 

He has a loving wife & 3 adult children and together with his family, currently endeavours to pioneer an eco-living project in Bali, Indonesia.
