What is Accomplish?
Accomplish is a community that builds impact-driven leaders, transforming businesses and enriching lives.
What is the Borneo Circle Connect (BCC)?
BCC is a small-group learning, discipleship, and leadership experience that meets every two months. It is designed for East Malaysian marketplace leaders to journey together in safe discipleship circles that are relational, structured, and trust-building
How often do Circle Connects happen?
Every two months — 6 sessions in a year, plus 2 physical learning events per year in Kota Kinabalu and Kuching
How much does it cost and how can people pay?
RM 100/month (RM 1,200/year) via bank transfer.
Do I need to make payment now?
No. Payment will only be required once your registration is confirmed by the Accomplish Team
What happens after I register my interest in BCC?
Thank you for your application to join Borneo Circle Connect!
Our team will connect with you within the month to update you and share the next steps. Do note that a minimum of 10 participants is required for the program to commence.
- If 10 participants sign up in your city, you will be placed in a physical Circle there.
- Otherwise, you will be placed in a virtual Circle together with leaders across Borneo.
What if I want to join mid-cycle?
Entry windows are in January and July only.
What if I want to exit mid-year before my term ends?
No refunds will be given. We highly encourage members to journey for at least a year.
Can I hop around the small circles?
No. We believe strong bonds need time, commitment, and consistency to deepen and grow.
Who leads these circles?
Each circle is guided by 1–2 facilitators who create a safe space for growth and accountability.
What happens in a Circle Connect?
It’s a private, high-trust space for marketplace leaders to:
- Learn and apply new insights together
- Engage in discipleship and be discipled
- Share personal reflections and life updates
- Hold each other accountable
- Spur each other on as “iron sharpens iron”

To build locally-led, high-trust learning circles that deepen marketplace discipleship — impacting and transforming marketplaces, and enriching lives wherever members are placed.

These are optional add-on programs offered exclusively for our members. Members who choose to join will cover their own costs (travel, accommodation, program fees).
